If you have Internet or telephone banking facilities you can make a bill payment directly from your account to Baby Heirlooms. Please call 01502 575145 to pay by this method.

Please make cheques payable to "Baby Heirlooms".

Gifts are despatched by First Class mail using Royal Mail's "Signed For" service. Postage and packaging is included in the price on all UK postal deliveries. "Signed For" means that posted gifts are trackable and need to be signed for on arrival.

For gifts requiring delivery outside the UK we use Royal Mail's International Special Delivery or courier services. Prices for international postage will be quoted in advance
of delivery.

All items are well boxed and sealed in sturdy card cartons. There is no additional charge for gift wrapping or outer packaging.

We will refund your purchase in full if it is returned in perfect condition by Royal Mail Signed For delivery with your receipt within 14 days of the purchase date.

Some of the gifts on this website have small parts which could become detached. They are therefore not suitable or intended for use as toys. Please ensure your child's safety by keeping items out of their reach.
